When purchasing, selling or mortgaging a property, you will require many professionals to ensure a successful real estate transaction.

I, Cindy McGoldrick and my team are experienced in closing residential real estate transactions, both on the sale and purchase side. We offer competitive pricing for “straight-forward” conveyancing matters.

We are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

For residential real estate transactions, our team of real estate clerks and legal assistants will be your primary point of contact. We are qualified to assist you with your inquiries related to residential purchase, sale and mortgage transactions.

With myself, Cindy McGoldrick as the supervising lawyer, our team approach allows us to respond and assist our clients more efficiently.

In Ontario, with electronic registration, electronic transfers of funds, DocuSign, Zoom virtual meetings, computer databanks for property registration, real estate conveyancing has dramatically changed the real estate practice.

We are highly skilled and educated on the software required to meet the challenges of automation.
