NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR:

Evening hours (by appointment only)
Personal service and availability to discuss your concerns and requirements

FIXED RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Affidavits to satisfy Similar Name Executions and Registration of Applications to clear title defects.

Discharging any additional Mortgage or Secured Line of Credit on the sale property, at the cost of $49.00 each plus registration.

Rural properties or Small Town Properties may be subject to additional charges for manual conveyancing.

CLOSURE SERVICES

If closure service is available on your transaction there is an additional cost of $50.00.
