Uncontested Divorce 

An uncontested divorce is a proceeding where one or both parties agree to a divorce and there are no unresolved issues between the parties.

Uncontested divorces can be done fairly inexpensively and normally take three to four months to complete.

Contested Family Matters

Contested matters are when one or both parties are disputing the terms of a divorce, custody access or financial matters.  Due to the inability to predict the time necessary to complete matters of this nature, hourly fees apply.   For more information contact Cindy

Separation Agreements

Separation agreements are intended to outline the terms of the separation and settlement of the issues between the parties.  They can be simple or complex depending on the needs of each client.  If both parties agree on all terms, a separation agreement can be completed for a fixed rate.  Please contact Sharnelle for more information. 

Cohabitation Agreements

A cohabitation agreement is normally recommended when the parties are either entering into a second or third marriage or one person has significantly more assets than the other.  Once again, these agreements can be either complex or simple depending upon the requirements of the parties.
