There are two sets of fees when you are buying and/or selling real estate

There are two sides to a real estate transaction.  The links below will take you to the purchase and sale side of the transaction and my fixed rate quote.  This means that my fees will not change from the amount quoted for each side of the transaction, except in rare circumstances.
